Princess Family Club Riviera, Playa del Carmen

I had a pretty mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were clean and bigger than what you typically get for the price, I was disappointed that the one I received wasn't the one I booked, and it had a slight damp smell. The service was helpful, but the prices for everything in the hotel were sky-high compared to local options. The location is nice and picturesque, but it felt a bit far from Cancun city. Overall, it was decent but could improve in several areas.
