Princess Family Club Riviera, Playa del Carmen

I had a pretty mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were clean and bigger than what you typically get for the price, I was disappointed that the one I received wasn't the one I booked, and it had a slight damp smell. The service was helpful, but the prices for everything in the hotel were sky-high compared to local options. The location is nice and picturesque, but it felt a bit far from Cancun city. Overall, it was decent but could improve in several areas.

I had a nice stay at this resort spa with my family. The rooms were very spacious, perfect for sharing, and right outside there was easy access to the pool area. However, I found some of the dining options could be improved and the overall vibe was a bit outdated. The service was attentive, but I wouldn't say it was exceptional.
